Serves 1
- 1 medium red plum
- 5g almonds
- ½ cup water
- 1tsp caster sugar
- Simmer plum in water with sugar until soft,
cool and remove skin.
- Cut fruit in half and remove stone.
- Crush almonds and brown in non stick pan.
Sprinkle on cut side of plum.
