Alomond plumALMOND PLUM
Serves 1

  • 1 medium red plum
  • 5g almonds
  • ½ cup water
  • 1tsp caster sugar
  1. Simmer plum in water with sugar until soft,
    cool and remove skin.
  2. Cut fruit in half and remove stone.
  3. Crush almonds and brown in non stick pan.
    Sprinkle on cut side of plum.
